Eat That Frog - 21 Ways To Stop Procrastinating
I have just finished reading Brian Tracy’s latest book - Eat That Frog, which illustrates effective techniques to stop procrastinating. Out of the 21 ways stated in the book, I found that I can easily implement half of them to improve my current working efficiency.
Brian Tracy shows us how we can take action immediately and gain momentum along the way. He cleverly quoted the following from Napoleon Hill:
Do not wait; the time will never be “just right.” Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along.
I like how he uses the ABCDE method to prioritize daily tasks as this method will supplement my current working style as well
Besides these useful techniques, he also mentions several specific examples of how each technique can benefit and change our life for better (from achieving 100% increase of income to better family orientated person).
I would recommend this book to everyone especially working adults and if you have a major task that has been holding you back for quite some time.

Looks like a great book, procrastination gets to all of us at some stage.
I wonder if I can get it here in the UK.
