Blogs To Visit For Designing Inspirations
Most Webmasters and bloggers (including me) only Google for designing tutorials or tips whenever we need some revamp for our logos, headers or layout themes. A better alternative that I found recently is to subscribe to active designing blogs and bookmark their posts whenever we come across something useful 
I have found this method more productive and hence, decides to share the top 3 blogs that you should pay a visit for some excellent resources.
No good stuff… only Great Stuff!
If you only have time to read one blog everyday, read mine If you have time for another one, throw in SmashingMagazine.com. This is a great blog that I stay for around 30 minutes upon my first visit! They constantly shares comprehensive list of resources that help the Webmasters in all areas such as Web stats monitoring, top wordpress themes and beautiful fonts. They only focus on quality, every post of theirs contain great details on that topic.
Some of their top posts include 70 expert CSS ideas, Best of May/June 2007 and 10 Designer’s Checkpoints To Be Aware Of.
Young designers, fresh ideas
Run by Navdeep and Naveen (brothers) from India, they have been blogging and sharing useful tools and graphics with the readers. Named as Dezinerfolio, they have also created a very popular freebie section just to let the readers access to their cool buttons, logos and fonts. Take a look at the section if you are looking for some Web2.0 graphics.
If you are looking for a dark and glossy look wordpress theme, you must also seek out the download section that consists of the highly valuable theme that they give away. Check them out 
Free Scrap Book Zone - With Photoshop Tips
Free Scrapbook Zone is a pretty new blog but has managed to attract a good amount of visitors during its launch. The owner has put in a lot of effort especially in creating campaigns to attract and make the traffic comes back for more. This blog is currently having several contests and one of the prizes is a Canon printer See if you can grab that printer home!
You can also check out the photoshop tips in this blog to enhance your skills to achieve the desired effects. Do not miss out the freebie section as well for other stuff such as wallpapers.

Ya..thans mah…..I need to set up a forum desperately..I got too many comments liao… which forum engine do you recommend? I need one with photogallery function. i am looking at vBulletin is this good?

Yes, if you have the budget, vBulletin is the best choice (in terms of application security, features and maintenance). vBulletin should have a plug-in for photogallery function as well. IPB (Invision Power Board) is the second choice (not free thou)
