Cashing in With Google
It has been a while since I put up my last book recommendation. Hence, I think this is a good chance to bring up a great book by Harold Davis - Google Advertising Tools.
This is great book for people who want to cash in using Google ’s Adsense program. The part I of this book illustrates how can one drives traffic to a site. It also touches on Search Engine Optimization, stating how can a web site be optimized to its keywords. I am amazed that this book covers the SEO section in a great depth.
Part II of the book covers how to make full use of your Adsense account and maximize your profit from the clicks by putting your ads in a more profitable place 
On top of the two interesting topics as mentioned, you can also find equal amount of information on AdWords. If you are thinking of using AdWords to promote your site, you will definitely do not want to miss out the valuable information here.
In general, this book is a good starting point for people who is thinking to start off their Internet PPC revenue channels. If you have been using Adsense and Adwords for more than 1 to 2 years, then it may be wise to invest in another book
