This is a book that I always like to recommend to people regardless of their occupations. Dealing with People You Can’t Stand is an excellent book that illustrates some of the techniques to deal with difficult people like Tank, Sniper, Yes/No/Nothing/Maybe person or Whiner etc.

It contains useful techniques on how to establish a deeper understanding to these people. The last section of this book points out some mistakes commonly make by people during phone and email communications. Finally, it also include a single chapter on how to remedy the situation if we happen to be one of the difficult people.

This book is not very new and should be available in the library too. Grab a copy and I am sure you will like it
